LAURIE S. RAPHAELSON

PARTNER

Laurie S. Raphaelson has been a trial attorney since 1988. Ms. Raphaelson focuses her practice on domestic relations, including divorce, modifications, contempt and paternity actions, and on guardianship matters. In addition to her private practice, she serves the court as parent coordinator in child custody cases, and as a guardian ad litem for minors, the elderly and mentally ill. Ms. Raphaelson is active in the Worcester County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the YMCA, and she serves on the board of directors of the Jewish Family Service. She received the 2004 Community Service Award from the Massachusetts bar association. She received her Masters degree in psychology, cum Laude, from Assumption College and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law.

HENRY B. RAPHAELSON

PARTNER

Henry Raphaelson concentrates in real estate and domestic relations. He is a 1981 graduate of New England School of Law. Over the course of his career, Mr. Raphaelson has demonstrated a strong commitment to pro bono service. In 2002, in recognition of his distinguished service and outstanding commitment in providing volunteer legal services for the poor and disadvantaged citizens of the commonwealth, Mr. Raphaelson was one of two recipients of the first annual Adams Pro Bono Publico Award given by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

JUSTIN H. RAPHAELSON

ASSOCIATE

Justin H. Raphaelson is a 2016 graduate of New England Law-Boston and a 2013 graduate of Clark University, magna cum laude. As a new associate at Raphaelson & Raphaelson, Mr. Raphaelson has undertaken cases in different areas, but anticipates to continue the bulk of his practice in Land Use, Landlord/Tenant, Consumer Protection, and will commence working as a Bar Advocate in Criminal Law in the Spring. He has also committed himself to assist indigent clients both as a Lawyer for the Day in the Housing Court and a volunteer attorney at the Worcester Court Services Center. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Raphaelson is an avid writer, blogger, aspiring novelist, runner, hiker, climber, skier, and general outdoorsman. He runs a popular weekly outdoors blog based in New England and has embarked on four cross country trips in as many years which are documented on his blog.
